Poor Toby was abandoned at the pound with a severe case of demodectic mange. He is now in foster care and getting treatment, he is already showing signs of improvement after only a few days on treatment. Brandy's pups: Elliot is a gorgeous little boy he's so quiet and laid back. He is easy to care for, loves his food and puppy milk.He too is learning to sit for food and walks quite well on a lead even though it was his first time with one. He will chase after a ball, he hasn't quite learnt to bring it back yet but we are working on it. He greets me each morning with a wagging tail and puppy kisses. He loves a scratch on the back of his neck and behind his ears, so much so that once i start he sort of dives head first into my lap but with his legs still in standing position and just stays there while i scratch him. He is quite partial to belly rubs also. How can you resist his handsome little puppy face? He will going to grow up to be a very good looking dog of roughly medium size.

Leo
Male Purebred Samoyed - 5yrs

This is just a lovely happy and friendly dog that adores everyone. He walks well on a lead, and is currently happily playing with another large breed desexed male. He doesn't bark and he likes to come inside during the day to spend time with us and keep a watchful eye on what ever is happening. Leo is house trained and is very people focused so comes when called. He knows sit but needs to learn that sit means sit, not "sit if you feel like it" (Typical sam)!! He certainly isn't a slow learner and the only limit would be on what someone wanted to teach him. Leo is moderately active and would do well with a family or an active older person, I think he would be more than happy with a leisurely walk and plenty of company and attention, he is a pleasure to walk and loves to kick a soccer ball around in the park. Leo will make an excellent family pet and is good with children. He just loves to be with you and part of everything you do. Leo is currently in temporary foster care in Penrith NSW. Interstate enquiries for this happy smiling fellow is welcome but all transport and costs to be arranged by new owner.

She sometimes lays on her back in my skirt like a hammock she's so funny. Tessa is allways happy to see you. She is playful but not a boisterous girl at all. She will jump up for kisses but she's only little so she can't knock you over and settles down soon after. She is learning to sit for food and appears to be catching on quickly. Merlin is a delightful natured little boy who is playful, great with kids and loves being with people - wherever you are he wants to be also!! He's laid back and takes things in his stride, does not have a fighting or mean bone in him and is excellent around other cats. He's affectionate and comes when he's called and he likes to lay near you, not on you. Merlin is a great allrounder with a fantastic, sweet personality. He loves playing with ribbons and toys but once you pick him up the purring starts and he enjoys being held like a baby and having his tummy stroked. He would be great in a home with young kids, older kids, or anyone with lots of love.

She is an adorable cat. She is very petite and ideally she would suit a retired person/couple or even better an infirm/diabled where she can bring some quality of life, as I feel she would really help a person that needs cheering up. She is VERY affectionate and constantly seeks human company and is absolutely beautiful to look at. She does ok with children. Babushka is a much loved family pet who was sorely let down by her parents house sitter when they went overseas. As a result Babushka needed to be rescued and is now in very temporary care until a forever home can be found.

Guiness has a bit of arthritis in his near shoulder and needs to take life at a relaxed pace. He would suit leisurely rides but is not suitable for a beginner. Guiness is bombproof to handle, he is self loading on a float, falls asleep while his feet are being trimmed, is easy for the dentist and vet to treat, and loves to be cuddled. He has a great calming influence on flighty horses, and would be excellent for training or leading young horses as bumping from other horses doesn't bother him.

Dakota is probably a staffy cross but looks like she will be at least medium size when fully grown. She is a happy, friendly little girl who's very smart and proving a quick learner. She is almost house trained, and wakes us up at about 6:30am to go out. She still sleeps in a crate and is happy doing so. We have taught her some manners as she now must sit for her dinner and take treats softly. She is learning "down" as she likes to get on the couch which is not allowed. She really loves our other dog, so if she is to be an only dog I would suggest she is in a home where she is not left alone all day. She loves to play, as all puppies do, and she still needs a nap or 2. A secure fence is definitely needed as she loves to "run for it" if she gets the chance. She does know her name but does not come yet. She is good with the kids and gets along well with other dogs. She is chewing like mad so she obviously needs lots of toys.
