Enjoy our wonderful rescue before and after your trail ride! We have treats available for purchase to feed the animals! You will have the opportunity to meet mini horses, donkeys, highland cows, llama, goats, chickens, tortoise and more!

The Lakeside Ride

$60.00 per person

This scenic trail is approximately 40-minutes long. Each horse is matched to the rider’s ability and the trail guide will give basic instruction before going out on the trail to help you get comfortable.

Join us for a serene, 40-minute guided trail ride through the natural beauty of Florida! Our experienced guides will match you with a horse suited to your riding ability and provide basic instruction to ensure you're comfortable before heading out. For the safety of all riders and horses, this trail ride is guided at walking-pace only.

Our relaxing trail ride is perfect for the whole family, offering a peaceful escape into nature. You'll traverse a wooded trail, enjoy stunning views of a local winery, and stroll alongside a beautiful lake. Along the way, you might spot some of Florida’s protected wildlife, including Sandhill Cranes, Herons, Ibis, Eagles, Gopher Tortoises, and more! It's the ideal experience for anyone looking to explore the charm of "Old Florida" away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.

The Lakeside Ride requires riders be age 6 and up! As an alternative for younger riders, we offer hand-led pony rides in our large arena.

Add-On Grooming Experience Option

$20.00 per person

Extend your experience with a hands-on grooming session after your ride! For just $20, enjoy a 15-minute basic grooming lesson with one of our instructors, where you'll learn the essentials of caring for a horse. This is a great opportunity to connect with the horses and enhance your visit by spending some quality time with them after your ride.

Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment for check-in
A deposit of $20 per person is required to hold a space for the trail rides.

Safety First

Helmets are required (we have them available)
All customers must sign our equine waiver
Trail rides are walking only- no trotting, cantering, or galloping is allowed
Please note, all our horses are very well trained and know their job – however, when a horse goes out of its familiar environment, they become more alert and as an animal of natural flight, they can spook.

Restrictions

Weight limit 240 lbs
Must be age 6 and up for the Lakeside Ride
Must be age 12 and up for the Water Ride

Cancellation Policy

Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE unless ride is cancelled by management due to bad weather.
Management reserve the right to check your riding ability prior to going on any trail and if they do not feel comfortable with your skills can cancel the trail.

We have a mounting block for riders to get on/off horses
We take pictures of your group on the horses after the trail ride on your phone or ours
There are 2 trail guides that go on the trail to ensure safety
